Denisa’s  Story

Some years ago, I had my first encounter with Nutritional Balancing Program. After , a long period of constant fatigue, visits to the doctor and follow-up examinations , I discovered that my health problems were the result of Adrenal Fatigue . I immediately, began to learn more about it by conducting a series of online searches. As result of the experience of some other people with the same symptoms, I learned that in USA there was a Hair Mineral Analysis Test that explains the causes of many health symptoms and disease, whose underlying causes are largely related to nutritional deficiencies, mineral imbalances, heavy metal and chemical toxicity.

Denisa’s  Education

  • She’s a Full membership of Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (mANP).
  • She’s a Full membership of General Naturopathic Council (mGNC).

Denisa is a “Practitioner” that is trained in “Nutritional Balancing Science”. This is a new healing science , where are include: Nutritional science, Naturopathy, Western medicine, Cybernetics, the Stress theory of disease and macrobiotics.

This course was very interesting and impressive. Through this course we were able to gain a broad understanding in conjunction with many aspects of body chemistry such as: Metabolism, Immune system, kidney and liver, sugar handling , stage of stress, toxic metals and chemicals affects your health, detoxification, diet and lifestyle and much more.

The Advanced Master Herbalist Diploma ” This course is accredited by CMA (Complementary Medical Association) and Quality Licence Scheme .

This course was with a high level of knowledge where we learned the advanced techniques regards of  manage a number of common digestive complaints, cold, flu, sinusitis, sore throats,chest infections, cardiovascular issues, urinary tract infections, kidney stones,menopausal symptoms, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, immune system, endocrine disorders, thyroid diseases, skin issues such as (acne,eczema,psoriasis), stress, anxiety, insomnia, migraines and nerve pain,etc. In addition , this course guides us on how to use herbs safely and effectively when treating children.

‘’Advanced Diploma in Diet & Nutrition’’  This course is accredited by Quality Licence Scheme and CPD Standards.

This Nutritional therapy course, gave me all necessary skills and a valuable insight into nutritional therapy to boost my career towards senior positions and possibilities, by getting the essential skills and knowledge that I’ll need. Now , I’m happy that with all knowledge gained and the deep understanding through this course like a nutritionist therapist I already can help people to improve maintain their health and wellbeing through diet and nutrition that have never been discussed so much in our lives as it is today.

Naturopathy Diploma” This course is accredited by CPD Standards.

Knowledge obtained through this course and topics covered in it, were of a wide spectrum and with a deep understanding. I can mention some of them such as; Nutritional therapy, Ayurvedic principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Iridiology, Western Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy etc.

Naturopathy means” natural cure”. The practice of naturopathy is based on a belief in the body’s ability to heal itself through a special vital energy of force guiding bodily processes internally.

Naturopathy uses natural treatments to help the body to heal by many problems i.e infections, fatigue,anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, allergic conditions, chronic muscle pain and chronic disease in general.

”Advanced Diploma in Diet, Nutrition & Fitness Private” This course is accredited by CIQ and CPD Qualifications Standards.

The purpose of this course was treatment of a wide range of topics such as Diets and Nutrition based on the specific needs of the clients, lifestyles, weight control in our bodies,metabolism,wellness of the body, spirit and mind ,meditation,how the brain affects our health,the role of fitness in our lives,benefits of walking,music, aerobic training etc.

Anatomy and Physiology ” Diploma that  is accredited by CPD Standards. – This course covers human anatomy and lays out the physiology of the cardiovascular,respiratory,reproductive, skeletal and nervous systems,among others. We explored the amazing inner workings of the body, which is a complex collection of interacting systems that carry out the important functions that let us move, think, feel and live.The course begins with the cardiovascular system (the heart and vessels), through to the respiratory system (the lungs), then the nervous system (and its connection to the brain, spinal cord, eyes, ears, and memory), over to the digestive system (mouth, pancreas, small, and large intestines), the endocrine system (pancreas and thyroid, kidneys, ureters and bladder), male and female reproductive systems, the musculoskeletal system (muscles and bones), the immune system etc.

Diploma in Nutrition

This diploma is accredited by the IICT( International Institute for Complementary Therapist ) and are recognised by The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) .

Advanced Aromatherapy Diploma” that  is accredited by CPD and IPHM. This course provides an overview of essential oil therapy and current aromatherapy practices in clinical settings and gives us the skills to bring aromatherapy into our own practice. With this course, we’re able to: a) explain what essential oils are to a patient and how they work; b)we assess if an essential oil might be beneficial to a patient, considering patient preference and the research evidence, as well as any safety issues or contraindications. We’ve learned between this course a various way to apply aromatherapy in helping stress and insomnia, musculoskeletal system disorders, lymphatic system,digestive system,treating skin disorders and respiratory system .

”Detox Specialist Diploma” This course is accredited by CPD  Standards.

This was a special course through which I managed to get an in-depth knowledge about the detoxification process (which means purification of  blood from toxic waste), commonly known like the natural process of removal of toxic substances from a living organism, including the human body, which is mainly carried out by the liver, kidneys,intestines, lungs, lymphatic system and skin.

The topics covered in it, were very valuable such as introduction of detoxification, managing different types of toxins and their effects, discovering the sources of toxins, how our bodies can detoxification self, the basic of detoxing our bodies, boosting our immune system etc.

The Gut-Brain Connection Diploma”This course is accredited by The Quality Licence Scheme.

Between of this course I learned how our emotions and mood are connected to nutrition.Therefore, we can help our mental and physical wellbeing by changing our diet and lifestyle.

In this course we have treated a wide range of topics such as Getting of knowledge about gut, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Inflammatory Bowel Disease,Food Intolerances and Leaky Gut Syndrome, the Nervous System Control, Stress and the Gut -Brain Axis, How the Gut and Brain communicate together, the Microbiome and the Community of bacteria in our gut, Natural Remidies for improving Gut -Brain Health, Healing herbs for the gut etc.

Homeopathy is a medical system that is based on the belief that the body can cure itself. Between this course, I’ve learned the essential skills and the knowledge needed for this part of alternative medicine that is developed in Germany more than 200 years ago.

 ”Nutritional Therapy ”- was a professional course  very valuable ,in which  treated  topics with a wide spectrum such as: Understand how foods affects our DNA, Avoid a few of the pitfalls that hurt our DNA and our bodies, Identify which foods are the most powerful antioxidants, Create meals and menus that provide the most benefits to you body, Wellness coaching and nutritional therapy etc.

Food Intolerance and Allergies Certificate” – This course is accredited by ICOES.

Through this course I have explored some topics such as What is food intolerance?, Food intolerance vs. food allergies, Causes and Symptoms of Food Intolerance, Causes and Symptoms of Food Allergies, How can you know for sure if you have a Food sensitivity? What are the Tests for Food Allergies? How do you know if your child has a Food allergy? What should you do if you have a Food Intolerance etc.

  • ‘’Nutrition and Wellbeing Certificate’’

This online course explored the scientific basis of human nutrition, and nutrition concepts and controversies. It helped demystify the complex and often conflicting messages about diet and health from sources like the media, food industry and scientific community.

This online course explored the different types of foods that are essential for health and wellbeing, and how food can play an important role in treating/preventing disease.

  • ”Advanced Level Accredited – Depression Counselling Diploma” 

This course contain counselling and psychology approaches, theoretical and practice for depression, different types of depression like ( Cyclothymia , Bipolar, Postnatal Depression, Maniac Depression, How depression affects the brain, different ways of treatment etc.

”Advanced Autism Awareness Diploma” is accredited by CPD and Quality Licence Scheme .

-This course offers different methods for wellbeing of children with autism and some of the holistic psychological interventions include CBT, Music therapy, Drama therapy,Portage,Community Dentistry, and Educational Psychology. The course also explains challenging behaviour in children with autism, including how this comes about,its effects on the child and their family, why it happens, holistic ways in which you can help a child through the issues that lead to these behaviours.

During this period, she was active part in some control groups in the industry of meat- packing, floor production, bread etc., performing controls in warehouses and in market, as well as in the laboratory of quality control.

Explanations and general information were provided on Atomic absorbent, Gas chromatographer, Chromatographer in liquid phase, Spectrometer, Wine analyzer.

Bachelor Degree

With a great passion for nature, creation and especially in Science of Chemistry, she is graduated for ‘’Industrial Chemistry’’ at the Faculty of Natural Sciences – University of Tirana (Albania) in 2005.

During her studies , she made a strong impression by her active participation in the research projects conducted by the ‘’Industrial Chemistry Department’’ on the subject of ‘’ Integrated administration of the solid waste’’ both in Albania and Bosnia – Herzegovina. The purpose of this project was gaining knowledge and experience about the use of contemporary techniques for integrated administration of the solid waste. Apart from identifying the best available Techniques (BATs) and project also included discussions on standard methods for Solid Waste Treatment and information related to Life Cycle Analysis (LCA).
